Step 1: Open Gmail Settings
- Open Gmail in your web browser
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner
- Select "See all settings"
Step 2: Navigate to Signature Settings
- Scroll down to the "Signature" section
- Click "Create new" if you don't have a signature yet
- Or select an existing signature to edit
Step 3: Paste Your Signature
- Copy the Gmail HTML version from your signature
- In the signature editor, click the "Insert signature" button
- Paste your HTML signature
- Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page
Step 4: Set as Default (Optional)
You can set your signature to automatically appear in new emails, replies, and forwards by selecting it in the "Default signature" dropdown.
